bend it like beckham!

On my way to the subway I passed an Indian wedding taking place in the middle of market street. The cops were standing around very upset at how traffic was disrupted, while the groom rode a decked-out white horse down the street:

It reminded me of the wedding in the movie Bend it Like Beckham, so I took pictures. This is what the guests looked like:

It's a little blurry, but you get the idea: loud and colorful and upbeat. It was a really random thing to see in the middle of downtown. really random.
