quiet

I finally found a time of day that it's quiet outside. Four am on mondays. Very little traffic.

I'm having dinner tonight at the King of Prussia mall. The Philadelphia alumni chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma is having their founder's day celebration and (assuming I can find the mall) I'll be there. Hopefully I will meet lots of nice people and I will be inspired to make this Philadelphia thing work. It's already as cold here as it ever gets in Florida, though, and I'm not sure how I'm going to do with freezing temperatures. It might get to 0 degrees this winter! 0! I always think it's cold when we're in the 40s. We're already there now. I did buy a long coat. If it was leather then I would call it a matrix coat because it's really long. But it's wool, so no action movie resemblance there.

I think Steffany might actually come see me next weekend. She and Eric were supposed to come last weekend, but then that didn't work out. Then she was going to come this weekend, but it was their one year anniversary (Happy Anniversary!). But I have my fingers crossed that this time next week I will have had a lovely visit with her and she will have seen her fill of Philly. Then I want to go back to New York, because I miss it.

That's all I can come up with at this hour. Oh, one more thing. Mom- you were right, Emily knew about the thing! It's Bloom's Taxonomy! Many thanks to Emily for helping me remember something obscure enough that I could forget, but important enough that I should have remembered.

also...watched the movie M*A*S*H the other night and really enjoyed it. That's how I picture Jay in a few years- all cocky and getting it on with the nurses. His girlfriend probably wouldn't appreciate that comment. Anyway, it's worth renting.
