Pros:
1. Successfully went to the Post Office and mailed two packages that I've been meaning to mail for ages. That is particularly good news for Emily and Semra.
2. Financial Aid came in! YAY MONEY!
3. It is officially basketball season- tonight was the opening "kickoff" event for the season at the O-Dome.
Cons:
1. I didn't actually get to attend the kickoff at the O-Dome.
2. I also didn't get to go see High School Musical 3, despite having tickets to TWO showings tonight.
3. These things did not happen for two reasons:
a. I slipped and fell on wet pavement yesterday and wrenched my knee and it's hard to walk.
b. I have STREP THROAT and TONSILLITIS and think I'm dying. I have been lying in bed watching season three of The OC for the last six hours. Feel free to send Gatorade or flowers. The antibiotics should kick in any time now...
