1. I have a roommate for the fall! Her name is Ann and she seems awesome so far.
2. I went flying in a little cessna a couple of weeks ago. Pictures of that and me on a farm here.

4. I went to Valdosta this week. Pictures of an air force base and a nature park here.
5. I have still not finished Eat Pray Love, the book I've been working on for two weeks. I'm not even a third done. I'm a little frustrated because I was totally excited about this book and am having a hugely difficult time getting into it.
6. I'm almost daily reminded of how wonderful my friends are. Steffany sent me stuff from her trip to costa rica. Kristina sent me a card with daisies on it. Edith sent me a Nicolas Cage movie. Emily is constantly and consistently there for me to lean on when I freak out about stuff. I hope all of you have friends as amazing as mine, but you probably don't because mine are the best!
7. Have I told you that I'm getting paid to tutor algebra? It's pretty funny, since I haven't had algebra in nine years.
8. I miss Philadelphia.
8a. Especially Anna.
8b. And public transportation. Driving sucks.

i love a good list. philly misses you too! dan + i are going to six flags tomorrow (for our anniversary). we are also, on sunday, doing more culturally normative anniversary things like going to the art museum and eating out at a superfancy restaurant. xoxo thx for birthday call - crazy weekend ahead but i will call you soon or else you call me again. should this have been an email? haha.
